We are a full service catering and event planning company ready and able to make your next event memorable and stress free.
We do it all! We can be as involved or as hands-off as you’d like. If you just need exceptional food, we can do that. If you need us to plan every detail of your event, we can do that as well.
Our main service is delivering food. That can mean providing food as a complete drop off, (when we simply setup the food and get out of your way), or setting up all food, beverage, and guest tables and staying to service your event and cleanup. If you need bartenders to serve alcohol, we can accommodate you. We can also assist in finding florists, photographers, transportation services, wedding cake designers, equipment rentals, and more.
Absolutely! Tasting fees start at $150 for a chef’s sampling hosted in our commercial kitchen. Why the fee, you ask? One thing you should know about STF is that we take pride in all we do. A private sampling for you and up to 3 guests allows us to demonstrate our expertise as we setup and serve food items that represent the menu you are considering or that the Chefs think you will enjoy. The samples are prepared fresh and from scratch just for you. The table will be draped in fine linen and china and flatware options (real and disposable, depending on your preference) will be displayed. Eleni & Joelle, the Chef Owners, will personally prepare the food and will both be on hand to discuss pairings, flavors, ingredients, options, and pricing.
We will share with you our portfolio of past events we have produced, review our policies and procedures and put your mind at ease that we are the right women for the job. In fact, we encourage you to try STF last. We will not disappoint!
For Couples, if you book with us at the sampling and pay your retainer fee, the tasting fee will be waived!
Yes. Customized creative and delicious menus for our clients are our pleasure and our forte! We also accommodate guests with special diets and needs, including low carb, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan menu options. Our menus change with the seasons to ensure foods are top quality and at their peak flavor.

While we do not supply alcohol, we do provide ABC-certified bartenders to serve, mixers (fruit, juices, sodas, etc.), and a complete bar setup for your event. We can also assist you in determining the quantities of beer, wine, and liquor you will need. Additionally, we work with a few vendors who can provide the alcohol for you. We’d be happy to arrange all necessary details if you’d like. Contact us for more information.
There are numerous venues available for your special function. Be sure your chosen site allows outside caterers. STF is listed as a preferred vendor at many venues. If you need ideas for reception sites, please let us know and we can give you some funky, fun, and even traditional options.

Depending on what your overall wedding budget is, you should plan at least 30-35% to go towards food and service for your special day.
It certainly helps. Think of the budget as a road map that indicates where we should go with the menu and services. Knowing how much you want to or can spend on food and services for your event, helps us prepare the perfect menu and event plan. For weddings, couples should plan at least 30-35% of their total wedding budget for food and service.
