Special Events

Every event is special, but some don’t fit into the category of wedding or a work related function. These types of events require different care and attention because they may take place in your home, a park, under a tent, in a high school gym, or even on a boat! No matter the venue location or the event type, we are here to take care of you.

How to Get Started:

Step 1: Event Request

Step 2: Menu & Event Planning

Based on your event type, location, and budget, we will send menu options with pricing for you to select from. We will be happy to customize any menu based on your needs and budget. As professionally trained chefs, we can also accommodate any special dietary needs, allergies, etc.  Customized menus will be priced accordingly. Ingredients are subject to availability and may change without notice.  We will notify you if any major changes need to be made.

If you need us to coordinate rentals and provide staffing, we will arrange all those details and include in your itemized price estimate.

Depending on the scope and size of the event, we may require a 50% payment upfront to reserve the date and move forward. We have a 20 person OR $500 minimum before delivery and tax. Minimums may be higher on the weekends and during holidays.

Step 3: Event Finalization

If necessary, we may schedule a walk through of the venue location. We want to make sure we know where we are going, who our onsite contact will be, and what all we need to bring or plan for in order to make your event run smoothly. After this meeting we can finalize the contract and will need a credit card to hold your date.

In the weeks leading up to the event, we’ll get your final guest count, and will finalize all event details. We’ll then send you a true invoice for payment. A confirmation email with guest count, delivery times, location, billing information, contacts, and any special requests is required 24 hours prior to your event.

Step 4: Event Day

We will arrive at the pre-determined time– typically 2 hours prior to the event start to begin unloading and setup. From draping tables to icing down the alcohol to setting up the food displays, our staff will pull it all together and prepare for guests’ arrival. Once the party begins, you and your guests can simply enjoy!

Our staff is committed to working just as hard as the event wraps up. We will clean up the space and our items to ensure the area is in a better condition than when we found it. This includes trash removal, sweeping, and even mopping as needed.  Any remaining food is left at the discretion of the staff. Some items may have been sitting out too long and will not be left for the Client. However, any food items deemed safe and that can be put under refrigeration immediately, we will be happy to leave with you.

We will always follow up with you after your special event to see how it all went and to make sure you were pleased with the food and service. If there are any labor overages or other miscellaneous charges, we will settle up and that time.
