Our Client wanted a fun, laid-back birthday celebration catering for 100 of her favorite grown folks. Her selected color palette was silver and purple. She wanted good food, good drinks, and lots of dancing! Because of the space constraints, we decided to provide stationary displays and butler-passed hors d’oeuvres. And, since there is not a kitchen onsite at Ruby Nashville, we had to create one in the outside space.

Shrimp & Grit Bite
Seared shrimp atop a cheesy grit cake paired with a smoked sausage and a marinated tomato.
TN Fish & Chips
Flash fried catfish fingers drizzled with a key lime aioli. Served in paper cones with salt & vinegar kettle chips.
Shredded BBQ Pork
Served atop whipped sweet potatoes in disposable martini.
Steak & Biscuits
Served with Eleni’s homemade steak sauce on the side.
Fried Green Tomatoes
Drizzled with a Cajun remoulade.
Grilled Chicken Lollipops
Basted with a chipotle peach glaze.
Red Beans & Rice
Served in petite black kettles.
Petite Dessert Display
With spiked cupcakes, purple and silver bedazzled bonbons, chocolate chip cookies, and mini banana pudding cups.
