A petite slider served with a classic FGT, thick cut bacon and our Key Lime remoulade.


Main Buffet

Once the bride and groom join the guests, everyone will be treated to a various heavy hors d’oeuvres stations from around the world.

International Cheese Display
Accented with Caprese skewers of marinated tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil topped with balsamic glaze.

Charcuterie Display
A beautiful assortment of cured meats paired with in-house pickled and grilled vegetables. Served with flatbreads & grilled crostini.

Asian Station

Vietnamese Pork Bahn Mi

Bahn Mi
Thinly sliced marinated pork served on crusty French bread, topped with ponzu pickled carrots and cucumbers, cilantro and dressed with spicy chili mayo.

Yakisoba Noodles

DIY Taco Truck
Guests can build their own tacos with a variety of Latin flavored ingredients: Shredded Barbacoa style beef served with shredded cheese, sour cream, flour and corn tortillas plus a duo of homemade salsas. (Choose two: STF’s Famous Rojo, Roasted Tomatillo, or Pineapple salsa.)
