Candied Bourbon Pork Belly Lollipops
In-house smoked pork belly and chicken, basted with bourbon and brown sugar, cut into bite size cubes and skewered on lollipop sticks.


Once the cocktail hour wraps up and the wedding party joins us, the dual-entrée plated meal service will begin.

Mixed greens with sliced apples, blackberries, goat cheese, pecans and our Apple Sherry Vinaigrette.

Grilled Salmon Oscar with Cajun Fondue
Salmon filet topped with lump crab meat, crawfish tails, and a creamy Cajun sauce.

Entrée Choice 2: Pan Seared Flat Iron Steak
Finished with a rosemary, garlic compound butter.

Tossed in cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar. Served with a shot of chocolate milk.
